Here's everything that's new with the long-awaited Version 2.0:
VerifyBot was fully coded again from scratch. While the basic principal of VerifyBot is still the same, you can expect everything to have a fresh new look - along with the new features.
Yay! We have migrated to /slash commands! This (at least according to Discord) is the best way of interacting with bots... - featuring easy command list; permission system; and much more!
This is a pretty big one. Setting up VerifyBot, or changing its settings will now be done via the online dashboard, which offers a better user experience and is more intuitive to use. Go to to check it out!
Title says it all; a pretty small change that was requested by a bunch of people; idk why but enjoy!
As you might know, we have switched Logging to Webhooks! This is much better for VerifyBot, because it no longer needs to send a message for each log using the bot account as this was really slowing it down. Secondly, and most importantly, Logs can now be viewed online on the dashboard! So if you want you don't even have to have a channel for logs to be sent. Check out the image below: (This is still a new concept; and expect functionality to be reduced as more features are being added!)
Ok so on 1.4 you could only enable/disable the VPN Blocker
? Well now, of course you can still do that but you can also enable/disable:
Captcha - you can now choose if users will get a "I'm not a robot" captcha when verifying or not!
IP Limiter - wait... what's this "IP Limiter" anyway?
Introducing IP Limiter: IP Limiter will allow you to choose how many users can verify from the same IP. Basically you can choose how many accounts can verify on your server from the same IP/computer. What's this for? To limit/block alts of course!
You can now choose how much time users have got to verify before the link expires. Uhhh idk if anyone cares about this but it's now a feature.
Yay! These new pages look much cooler than the old ones, and are more user-friendly and mobile-responsive! Check them out:
Anddd... that's all in terms of the new features!
